Albir
Beautiful holiday villa with big pool and mountainviews in ALBIR for 8 persons. Very elegant and spacious villa, situated in one of the most pretty and quiet neighbourhoods of Albir. Onlu at 2-3 km distance from the beach and the beautiful area fo the "Faro de Albir". Albir is known for its big variety of restaurants and little bars and also for its beautiful walking promenade along the sea. Close from the house it is possible to exercise different watersports,tennis, biking and golf.It is also very close to shops and supermarkets. Distribution:Downstairs; Living-dining room wit americain kitchen. 1 Bedroom double bed, with walk-in closet and bathroom ensuite. Acces two garden and pool. Inside stairs. Upstairs; elegant salon , 3 bedrooms of which one with double bed, one with two separate beds and one with one bed. If you wish we can put an extra bed in this bedroom. Exterior: very big beautiful garden with grass and palmtrees, various terraces (covered and uncovered) and portable BBQ.Airconditioning everywhere; extra payment. The biljart in the dining room can be used only if you leave a 350 € deposit.
